<br />B.G: CC&Rs. <br /> <br />Reciprocal easements and Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions <br />(CC&RS) tying the overall project together as an integrated development <br />and providing for joint access, ingress, egress, drainage, property <br />maintenance standards, trash pick-up operations, circulation and parking <br />management shall be recorded with the first final map prior to for the first <br />phase of development. The residential and non-residential portions may <br />be described in separate sections but they must be tied together by a single <br />master document. The Master CC&R's shall address trash and reciprocal <br />use rights in Phase I and Phase II for the residential and commercial <br />components HSeS. <br /> <br />C.!).;. Building Height. <br /> <br />1. On any lot or portion of a lot in Zone I ofthe Specific <br />Development Plan area no building or structure shall exceed ~ <br />50 feet in height, as measured from the lowest adjacent finished <br />grade. <br /> <br />2.
