O.c.. <br /> <br />A.H: Temporary Landscape Adjacent To Undeveloped Parcels. <br /> <br />Areas ofthe site not developed in the initial phase shallmav be developed <br />as surface parking and if so developed shall comply with the following <br />standards. A temporary landscape will be installed in all undeveloped <br />areas. <br /> <br />1. Setbaek Areas - Will be fully planted with turf, trees and <br />ornamental groundcover. <br /> <br />2. Parking Areas - Trees equal in number to one (1) per each ten (10) <br />parking stalls, size: minimum 15 gallon. Berm will be fully landscaped, and the <br />size, number and type of planting shall be in accordanee with the <br />City's commercial development standards. Turf areas shall not <br />exceed four to one slope. <br /> <br />4. Canopy Trees - Planted informally will supplement streetscape <br />plantings. Size: minimum 24" box. Species to be determined. <br />The size, number and spacing shall be in accordance with the <br />City's commercial development standards. <br /> <br />5. Turf Types - Shall be consistent throughout project (Marathon II) <br /> <br />6. Shrubs - Shall be used for screening of parking areas and for <br />special effects at building entries. <br /> <br />7.
