FEIS/EIR review. hearinas and certification <br /> <br />To support the Centerline p'ublic involvement program, the Fiscal Year aCTA <br />2001-02 budget amendment will recommend the addition of four public <br />outreach positions and approximately $850,000 in consultant and professional <br />services. Up to $250,000 of the. consultant services will be available to the <br />Centerline cities for local outreach support. In addition, the aCTA media <br />relations, marketing and public information departments will be supporting the <br />public involvement effort. Public involvement activities will also be coordinated <br />closely with the Preliminary Er¡gineer!ng technical afld environmental teams. <br />. . <br /> <br />The role in the public involvement process of the aCTA Board members and <br />Centerline city, officials is anticipated to be as follows: <br />aCTA Board of Directors <br />. Approve the public involvement plan and resources <br />. Support cooperative planning with the Centerline cities <br />. Participate in tours, briefings and consensus building with stakeholders <br />, . Participate in outreach to leaders from non-Centerline cities <br />. Resolve and adjudicate project and design conflicts <br />. Provide Board direction at key project milestones <br />Centerline Citv Officials <br />. Support and participate in local public involvement program <br />. Define and articulate concerns of their community <br />. Participate in tours, briefings and consensus building with local <br />stakeholders <br />
