The CONSULTANT will assist the FEIS/FEIR consultant in assembling this material and other material within its area of responsibility wd explaining it to the FEIS/FEIR staff. The CONSULTANT will also coordinate with the FEIS/FEIR consultant during the designs, evaluate design guidance received from the public through the FEIS/FEIR consultant and the Public Involvement Program, and then incorporate this guidance when appropriate.
