<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />BUILDERS EXCHANGE BUILDING PARKING LOT LEASE, PARKING SPACE, <br />AND LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Agency Chairman and the Executive Director to execute: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />A Lease Agreement for the lease of an Agency parcel to <br />Barco Parking Association for improvement as a parking <br />lot. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />A Parking Space Agreement for the permanent provision of <br />50 parking spaces to the owners of the Builders Exchange <br />building. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />A Loan Modification Agreement substituting a new <br />Promissory Note of the Builders Exchange Association to <br />the Agency as beneficiary in place of the 1988 Note. <br /> <br />Subject to the following: (a) Horton, Barbaro and Reily <br />agreeing to remain as tenants in the subject property <br />for at least five years from execution of these <br />agreements; and (b) any costs borne by the Agency will <br />not be considered a future cost to the Artist Live/Work <br />Project. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PLAN--PASS-THROUGH AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Agency Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a <br />pass-through agreement with the County of Orange, the Orange <br />County Flood Control District and the County of Orange <br />Harbors, Beaches and Parks County Service Area No. 26 for the <br />Community Facilities Improvement Plan Project Area. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />MY 18, 1993 <br /> <br />IIfDEVELOPIIEIT AGEJICY AGEIIIA <br />
