<br />ment of Housing in a lawsuit brought by tenants against the City of
<br />Glendale. b~r. Hobson cited Government Code sections 66427.2 and 66743 to
<br />determine the City's responsibility to address the question of condominium

<br />$50,000 to Mead Foundation, Inc., to be taken out of the $360,548 balance
<br />in the regular Rehabilitation Loan Program fund to be repaid from college

<br />acceptable agreement, and to direct Staff to adjust the Community Redevelop-
<br />ment Agency budget for the expanded program.
