M. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />to the Agency during the course of the <br />by the Redevelopment Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Jeffrey Gault, member. of the Planning Consultant firm of <br />Kennard, Delahousie and Gault, displayed "Alternati!\l:e Plan '3" <br />proposed area-use map, th" Final Development Plan. . He stated <br />that the amended plan includes changes in the retail function <br />of the downtown area to spèci.lty and service retail; consoli- <br />dation of mixed uses and densities in the high and low density <br />office categories; and changes in the street system. He stated <br />that. the proposed development includes Heritage Pl~za. an expanded <br />Birch Park, Mexican Village, the transit terminal, including air <br />rights, Santana Building, Spurgeon Building. <br /> <br />The Executive Director <br />reported thatt~aaended <br />plan, which the-Planning <br />Consultants will present <br />meeting, ,has been approved <br /> <br />AMENDMENTS TO <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br />. <br />
