Prepare performance reports for the duration of the performance period, or <br />until all work is completed, whichever comes first. Further reporting <br />details are included in Part Four c Performance Period Activities - <br />PerfOffi1llllceReports. <br /> <br />9. Establish and maintain property, programmatic and financial records in <br />accordance with the grant record requirements, and: <br />a. Maintain financial management systems that support grant activities in <br />accordance with Title 28, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part <br />66.20, and DOJ Financial Guide, Part IT, Chapter 3, <br />b, Maintain an equipment tracking system that includes the components <br />identified in 28 CFR Parts 66.32 and 66.33, and DOJ Financial Guide <br />Part ill, Chapter 6. <br />c. Retain records in accordance with retention requirement contained in <br />Part Four - Performance Period Activities - Record Retention <br />Requirements, <br /> <br />10. Notify the state, in writing, within 30 days of completing all approved <br />scopes of work and disbursing all funds, <br /> <br />11.
