Overview of Noise & Vibration <br /> <br />2.4 THRESHOLDS OF SIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br />The analysis of impacts related to noise considers the impacts of project construction and operations <br />noise. Based on the City of Santa Ana municipal code, the proposed project would have a significant <br />adverse noise impact if the project results in any of the following: <br /> <br />. Project related construction activities would occur outside of the hours specified under municipal <br />code Article 6, Section 18-314 of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />.
