The submitted comment states that the project site is located John Wayne Airport <br />Environs Land Use Plan Referral Area. No specific comments were raised <br />regarding the analysis and determinations in the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration. Therefore, no response is provided and the comment is noted. <br /> <br />2. The submitted comment provides clarification that the project site is not located <br />with a FAA referral area as a result of the project not exceeding 66-feet in height. <br />Additionally, the submitted comment clarifies the correct terminology when <br />referring to the Airport Land Use Commission and the Airport Environs Land Use <br />Plan for John Wayne Airport.
