<br />RESOLUTION 2005-052 <br /> <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT <br /> <br />SECTION IV <br /> <br />5546 <br /> <br />5543 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />This fee schedule utilizes a base penalty for each of the listed offenses and <br />assesses a surcharge to that penalty expressed as a percentage of the base <br />penalty for those factors outlined in H&S Code section 25514,5(1) which <br />include but are not limited to the following considerations, but shall not <br />exceed $5,000 for each day the violation occurs: <br /> <br />a. Extent of harm caused by the violation - surcharge to 500 percent. <br />b, The nature and persistence of the violation - surcharge to 500 percent. <br />c, The length oftime over which the violation occurs-surcharge to 100 percent. <br />d, The frequency of past violations - surcharge to 100 percent. <br />e, Action taken to mitigate the violation - surcharge to 100 percent. <br />f.
