<br />21.1 <br /> <br />21.2 <br /> <br />ARTICLE XXI <br /> <br />21.0 STRIKES AND WORK STOPPAGES <br /> <br />Prohibited Conduct. <br /> <br />A. The Association, its officers, agents, <br />representatives, and/or members agree that during <br />the term of this Agreement, they will not cause or <br />condone any unlawful strike, walkout, slowdown, <br />sick-out or any other unlawful job action by <br />withholding or refusing to perform services. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Any employee who participates in any <br />prohibited in Subsection A above shall be <br />to suspension, demotion or dismissal <br />appointing authority. <br /> <br />conduct <br />subject <br />by the <br /> <br />C. In the event that the <br />Association, its officers, agents, representatives, or <br />members engage in any of the conduct prohibited in Section <br />21.1A of this Article, Prohibited Conduct, the Association <br />shall immediately instruct any persons engaging in such <br />conduct that their conduct is in violation of this <br />Agreement and unlawful, and they must immediately cease <br />engaging in conduct prohibited in said Section 21.1A, and <br />return to work. <br /> <br />71 <br />
