All project walkways shall be illuminated to a minimum maintained one <br />footcandle of light. <br /> <br />5. All elevators serving the residential component of the project shall be <br />equipped with card readers at the garage levels to restrict unauthorized <br />access into the residential towers. The elevator lobbies shall be designed <br />and constructed of material that allows maximum visibility of the interior of <br />the lobby from the parking decks.
