In fact, as shown'. ~tking dy (see page 6 of the Parking Study), the <br />proposed project is ninety-nine (99) parking~.H~~es sho e required parking spaces after adding in <br />the additional twenty five (25) spaces (which should have been but was not recognized in the Parking <br />Study) to be provided to DoubleTree. As described in the hearing before the Planning Commission on <br />May 23, 2005, Hutton Centre has had significant parking shortages before the added burden of the <br />proposed project.
