<br />RESOLUTION 2005-052 <br />REVENUE FY 05-06 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENTIMISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES <br />SECTION X PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br /> (4 hour minimum charge for Holidays, Saturday or <br /> Sunday inspections) Per Hour 67.50 <br />59]5 30) Re-inspection fee assessed under applicable provisions <br /> of the Building Code Per Hour 67.50 <br />5915 3]) Inspections for which no fee is specifically indicated <br /> (minimum charge - one (I) hour) Per Hour 67.50 <br />5915 32) Additional plan review required by changes, additions <br /> or revisions to approved plans (minimum charge - one (I) hour) Per Hour 67.50 <br /> MECHANICAL PLAN CHECK FEES <br /> Whenever mechanical plans are required by the Building <br /> Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the mechanical <br /> permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans <br /> PLUMBING CODE <br />59]2 Any person desiring a permit required by the Plumbing Code shall, Each Permit 32.50 <br /> at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of$4.00 towards the <br /> State Mandated Training Program and pay a fee equal to $28.50. <br /> plus the sum of the fees for the work to be done under the permit <br /> as set forth in the following schedule. There is no minimum <br /> fee for the issuance of a permit for single family residences <br /> and duplexes.
