<br />RESOLUTION 2005-052 <br />REVENUE FY 05-06 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENTIMISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES <br />SECTION X PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br /> SOLAR ENERGY CODE <br />5914 Any person desiring a pennit required by the Solar Energy Each <br /> Code shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of Permit 32.50 <br /> $4.00 towards the State Mandated Training Program and <br /> a fee equal to $28.50 plus the sum of the fees for the work to <br /> be done under the permit as set forth in the following <br /> schedule. There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a <br /> pennit for single family residences and duplexes. The <br /> minimum total fee for issuance ofa permit for all other uses <br /> shall be $52.50. <br /> (NOTE: These fees do not include permit fees for any <br /> parts of the solar energy system which are subject to the <br /> requirements of other applicable codes.) <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br />5914 I) For collectors (including related piping and <br /> regulating devices)' <br /> Up to 1,000 sq, ft. (93m2) 8.15 <br /> Between \,001 (93, 1m2) and 2,000 sq, ft, (186m2) 13.50 <br /> More than 2,000 sq. ft. (18m2) 13.50 <br /> plus per 1,000 sq. ft. (93m2) or fraction 1.45 <br /> thereof over 2,000 sq. ft, (186m2) <br />5914 2) For storage tanks (including related piping and <br /> regulating devices): <br /> Up to 750 gallons (3m3) 7,00 <br /> Between 751 (3m)) and 2,000 gallons 12.40 <br /> More than 2,000 (8m3) gallons 12.40 <br /> plus per 1,000 (4m3) or fraction thereof 1.45 <br /> over 2,000 gallons (8m3) <br />5914 3) For rock storage: <br /> Up to 1,500 cu, ft.
