The <br />site includes a well and one entrance gate. Houses border the North and East <br />perimeters. There is an open field to the West and a drainage ditch to the South. <br />The 120 VAC power shall be distributed from the Circuit Breaker enclosure located by <br />the Well discharge pipeline. <br />C. Well 21: The overall dimensions of the Well 21 site is approximately 100' x 40'. The <br />site includes a well and one entrance gate. Apartments border the East perimeter. <br />There is a street to the North and private business lots to the South and West. The <br />120 VAC power shall be distributed from the Circuit Breaker enclosure located by the <br />Well discharge pipeline. <br />D. Corporate Yard: The SMS Server computer shall be integrated into the console <br />located in the Control Room. The Security Equipment Enclosure and UPS shall be <br />installed in the UPS Room, which is adjacent to the control room. The Control Room <br />and UPS Room both have a raised computer floor. <br />3.4 SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br />A. System Architecture: The Security Management System shall consist of cameras; <br />motion detectors, mounting poles, mounting hardware, security equipment panels, <br />Ethernet Switches, DC power supplies, UPSs, SMS server computer, SMS color <br />printer, relay server software, view station software, alarm notification software, <br />viewing devices and communications network. <br />The Video System shall have the following architecture: <br />1. Each Camera and the Relay Server shall have an IP address on a Network (i.e. <br />LAN, WAN, VPN) <br />2. All control commands shall be transmitted over the network using TCP/IP <br />protocol. <br />3. Video shall be transmitted as a sequence of JPEG images over the network from <br />each Camera to a Relay Server, where it shall be relayed to Viewers. <br />4. Control commands shall be communicated over the network to the designated <br />devices through the Relay Server. <br />5. Video temporarily and/or permanently saved shall be stored on one or more disk <br />drives in the Relay Server, or on cameras in the system. <br />6. The video system shall be scalable from one to hundreds of cameras by adding <br />Relay Servers. <br />7. System administration functions must be achieved from a web browser from <br />either local or remote locations. <br />B. System Functionality: The Video System shall provide for the following capabilities: <br />1. Viewing and Management: The system shall not require proprietary or <br />specialized viewing devices.
