Project' Teaminfrastructure /Responsibilities <br />The successful project implementation depends on the quality of the team that is assembled to <br />fulfill the mission. Security Solutions is proud to present the following team to handle the <br />installation and as specified: <br />Nick Allard — Senior Project Manager <br />Nick will be our designated single point of contact for all communications regarding this <br />project. He has extensive experience managing high end projects utilizing Lenel, SVWH, Optical <br />turnstiles, Pelco and Panasonic. These projects include Nissan Campuses in Torrance and San <br />Diego (12 Bldgs. 144 readers and 85 cameras). Also USC's new research tower and the Lenel <br />retrofit of the Staples Center. He has been with Security Solutions 8 years and has performed all <br />hands on tasks from his entry-level duties to his current position as Senior Project Manager. <br />Dave Friedeck — Senior Systems Analyst <br />Dave Friedeck has been with Security Solutions for over 4 years, but brings with him <br />more then 20 years in the security installation business. He has been involved with just about <br />every type of installation or conversion possible, and his depth of knowledge is almost <br />unmatchable. His primary job for this project will be to ensure that all of the engineering details <br />are taken care of to ensure that the field installers can do their j.ob without a hitch. <br />A portion of his credentials is listed below: <br />■ Intellex Network Client Certification <br />■ Pelco CCTV Certificate of Competency <br />■ Lenel TR100 Reseller Access Control Core Competency Certificate <br />■ DMP XR10 Technical Certificate (CEU-99-0496) <br />■ DMP XR200 Technical Seminar <br />■ DMP XR200 Operations Seminar <br />■ Software House ACP Technician Certificate Program <br />■ Software House Plus 1 Technical Certificate Program <br />■ WSE Access Control System Training Certificate <br />■ Cincinnati Time Recorder Customer Engineering Certificate <br />■ Certificate for Designing & Installing Code Compliant PV System by the Endecon <br />Engineering for the California Energy Commission <br />Frank Calas - Lead Installer <br />Frank will be our on -site lead for the duration of the project, communicating with Nick <br />Allard on a daily basis, making sure that every issue receives immediate attention. He has been <br />with Security Solutions 4 years and has worked his way into a lead installer by doing excellent <br />work. His most recent successes are USC's HCCII Research Tower, the Nissan Campus and <br />Panasonic's Headquarters in Cypress.
