<br />(c) Acknowledgement. Either Party may waive the satisfaction or <br />performance of any conditions or agreements in this Agreement, which have been inserted for its <br />own benefit, so long as the waiver is signed and specifies the waived condition or agreement and <br />is delivered to the other Party hereto and the Escrow Holder. <br /> <br />(b) Section and Article Headings. The section and article headings of <br />this Agreement are for the purposes of reference only and shall not be used for limiting or <br />interpreting the meaning of any section or article. <br /> <br />(c) Notices.
