Page 2 0[4 The Concessionaire shall provide to all field personnel a standard uniform that must be approved by the Director. Said uniform must consist of a company hat, work shirt properly marked with company identification, uniform pants, and ANSI approved safety shoes, All vehicles and equipment to be used pursuant to the License Agreement must identified prior to commencement of the Agreement. Said vehicles and equipment shall be in operating condition and free of damage, deterioration and graffiti and have the company's name clearly identified on the exterior of the vehicle in to visible locations. (5) Licenses and Permits The Concessionaire shall at its own expense obtain any licenses, certificates, permits and any other required documentation by Federal, State, County and local govemments pursuant to the License Ag reement. (6) Compliance with the Law The Concessionaire agrees that its performance under the contract shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, and any other body having jurisdiction over the activities of the Concessionaire. 3. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Concessionaire shall perform all services pursuant to the License Agreement in a manner such that maximum safety standards required by CAL-OSHA and any other Federal, State and local agencies are met. 4. DANGEROUS CONDITIONS IN LICENSE AREA The Concessionaire shall maintain license area free of dangerous conditions. If Concessionaire notices any dangerous condition in or near license area, Concessionaire shall attempt to remove the dangerous condition(s). Any dangerous condition shall be immediately reported to the Director. 5. WATER COST City will pay for all water used by Concessionaire to compiete the scope of work detailed in this specification or in said Contract. The Concessionaire shall be responsible for monitoring the amount of water used during his concession services. Concessionaire shall pay the cost of any water deemed excessive by the Director. 6. RESTRICTED SALES & ADVERTiSING No tobacco products shall be sold or advertised. No alcohol products shall be sold or advertised. Any advertisement in License area must be pre-approved by the Director. Director at his sole discretion may disallow any advertisement in the license area, including advertisements affixed to vehicles by any means. 7. TRASH PICK UP The Concessionaire shall be responsible for continual trash removal during operations. Concessionaire agrees to cause the license area to be free of trash and debris at the beginning and end of each day. All waste removal shall be completed by the City's contracted Waste Hauling company.
