<br />Page 2 0[4 <br />The Concessionaire shall provide to all field personnel a standard uniform that must be approved <br />by the Director. Said uniform must consist of a company hat, work shirt properly marked with <br />company identification, uniform pants, and ANSI approved safety shoes, <br /> <br />All vehicles and equipment to be used pursuant to the License Agreement must identified prior to <br />commencement of the Agreement. Said vehicles and equipment shall be in operating condition <br />and free of damage, deterioration and graffiti and have the company's name clearly identified on <br />the exterior of the vehicle in to visible locations. <br /> <br />(5) Licenses and Permits <br /> <br />The Concessionaire shall at its own expense obtain any licenses, certificates, permits and any <br />other required documentation by Federal, State, County and local govemments pursuant to the <br />License Ag reement. <br /> <br />(6) Compliance with the Law <br /> <br />The Concessionaire agrees that its performance under the contract shall comply with all <br />applicable Federal, State and Local laws, and any other body having jurisdiction over the <br />activities of the Concessionaire. <br /> <br />3. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Concessionaire shall perform all services pursuant to the License Agreement in a manner such that maximum <br />safety standards required by CAL-OSHA and any other Federal, State and local agencies are met. <br /> <br />4. DANGEROUS CONDITIONS IN LICENSE AREA <br /> <br />The Concessionaire shall maintain license area free of dangerous conditions. If Concessionaire notices any <br />dangerous condition in or near license area, Concessionaire shall attempt to remove the dangerous condition(s). <br />Any dangerous condition shall be immediately reported to the Director. <br /> <br />5. WATER COST <br /> <br />City will pay for all water used by Concessionaire to compiete the scope of work detailed in this specification or in <br />said Contract. The Concessionaire shall be responsible for monitoring the amount of water used during his <br />concession services. Concessionaire shall pay the cost of any water deemed excessive by the Director. <br /> <br />6. RESTRICTED SALES & ADVERTiSING <br /> <br />No tobacco products shall be sold or advertised. <br /> <br />No alcohol products shall be sold or advertised. <br /> <br />Any advertisement in License area must be pre-approved by the Director. Director at his sole discretion may <br />disallow any advertisement in the license area, including advertisements affixed to vehicles by any means. <br /> <br />7. TRASH PICK UP <br /> <br />The Concessionaire shall be responsible for continual trash removal during operations. Concessionaire agrees to <br />cause the license area to be free of trash and debris at the beginning and end of each day. All waste removal shall <br />be completed by the City's contracted Waste Hauling company. <br />
