Riviera, speaking on behalf of Save our Stadium, <br />expressed concerns relative to the location of the Westdome Sports <br />Arena and requested Councilmenbers watch the Crossroads Progr~n at <br />6:30 p.m. on December 3 on Channel 26. <br /> <br />Mickey Madden, 2319 N. Rosewood, addressed Council, con~nenting <br />about the recent negative actions by Fire Depar~nent staff <br />m~nbers. <br /> <br />Roy Comeau, 4412 E. Constitution, Orange, addressed Council, request- <br />ing establis~nent of a citizens' co~nittee to investigate the crisis <br />conditions in the Fire Department and report to Council. <br /> <br />Bertha Lamb, 9542 Garfield, Huntington Beach, and AlbertaChristy, <br />2108 West Glenwood Place, also expressed concern regarding conditions <br />in the Fire Depar~nent. <br /> <br />The City Manager responded with a brief report and statistics <br />dumonstrating the increased effectiveness of the City's par~nedic <br />program. <br /> <br />Councilmember Young expressed the opinion that the co~nunication <br />process had broken down in the Fire Department and rec(xanended <br />reinstatement of labor-m~nagement discussions. <br /> <br />Charles Tru~npowsky, 2518 N. Townley St., expressed concern regarding <br />the Fire Department problems and offered his assistance as part of a <br />citizens comnittee. <br /> <br />Dawn Dalton also spoke on the Fire Department problems. <br /> <br />Gregg Herrera, 720 W.
