<br />Shea Homes Residential Project <br />Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br /> <br />. Bedroom 2 shall be installed with attic baffles. All operable windows shall have a rating <br />ofEWNR-32 or STC-35. All fixed windows shall have a rating ofEWNR-36 or STC 40. <br />All entry doors shall have a rating ofEWNR-29 or STC 32. <br /> <br />. Bedroom 3 shall be installed with attic baffles. All operable windows shall have a rating <br />ofEWNR-32 or STC-35. All fixed windows shall have a rating ofEWNR-36 or STC 40. <br />All entry doors shall have a rating ofEWNR-29 or STC 32. <br /> <br />N-8 The building plans shall reflect that mechanical ventilation shall be provided for <br />residential units located on residential Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, la, II, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19,20,21, <br />22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30. <br /> <br />N-9 Prior to the building permit final for residential lots 10,11,12,22,23,26 and 27, the project <br />developer, at their sole expense, shall conduct a noise monitoring analysis to ensure that <br />the residential units on residential lots 10, 11,22,23,26 and 27 achieve an interior noise <br />level of 45 CNEL. <br /> <br />Level of Significance of Impacts Related to Interior Living Area Noise Impacts <br /> <br />The adverse impacts of the Shea Homes Residential Project related to air quality would be <br />reduced to a less than significant level with the implementation of Mitigation Measures N-5, N- <br />6, N-7, N-8 and N-9, provided above. <br /> <br />4.2.9 Impacts Related to Construction Noise Impacts <br /> <br />Potentially Significant Adverse Impacts Related to Construction Noise Impacts <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed proj ect would result in significant construction noise impacts, if <br />the project does not adhere to the City's Noise Ordinance. <br /> <br />Findings Related to Noise Impacts to Construction Noise Impacts <br /> <br />Mitigation measures have been incorporated into the project, which avoid or substantially lessen the <br />project impacts identified in the EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Finding Related to Construction Noise Impacts <br /> <br />Implementation of Mitigation Measures N-l, N-2, and N-3, provided below, would substantially <br />lessen the adverse impacts of the Shea Homes Residential Project related to construction noise <br />impacts. <br /> <br />N-l Grading Plans and Building Plans for the proposed project shall note that construction <br />activities on the project site shall take place between the hours of7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. <br />Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and no construction <br />activity on Sundays or federal holidays.
