Facts in Support of the Finding Related to Construction Noise Impacts Implementation of Mitigation Measures N-l, N-2, and N-3, provided below, would substantially lessen the adverse impacts of the Shea Homes Residential Project related to construction noise impacts. N-l Grading Plans and Building Plans for the proposed project shall note that construction activities on the project site shall take place between the hours of7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and no construction activity on Sundays or federal holidays.
