This coverage extension only applies to rental lease agreements. This coverage is excess over any renter's liability insurance of the client. H. Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others To Us As a clarification, the following is added to SECTION IV — COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABLITY CONDITIONS, Paragraph 8. Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others To Us: Therefore, the insured can waive the insurer's rights of recovery prior to the occurrence of a loss, provided the waiver is made in a written contract. I. Duties in the Event of Occurrence, Offense, Claim or Suit 1. When you report an "occurrence" (coverage for which is provided by this policy) to your compensation insurance carrier, and this "occurrence" later develops into a liability claim, failure to report such "occurrence" to us at the time of such "occurrence" shall not be deemed in violation of SECTION IV — COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS, Paragraph 2. Duties in the Event of Occurrence, Offense, Claim or Suit.
