Roe~rman <br />800 MHz Governance Committee <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />800 MHz CCCS Joint Agreement <br /> <br />On February 1, 2005, the updated Joint Agreement for the Operation, Maintenance, and <br />Financial Management of the Orange County 800 MHz Countywide Coordinated <br />Communications System (CCCS) was sent out to each city, the Orange County Fire Authority <br />and the Orange County Transportation Authority for approval and signature. <br /> <br />The agreement has now been approved by each entity. Attached for your records is a copy <br />of the approved Joint Agreement and the signature pages from the 34 cities, Orange County <br />Fire Authority and Orange County Transportation Authority. The original Joint Agreement <br />and signature pages will be retained by the Clerk of the County Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />As a matter of record, we have also attached a copy of the fully executed Amendment to the <br />Joint Agreement for the Implementation and Operation of the Orange County 800 MHz <br />CCCS, which was approved in 2003. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, kindly direct them to Susan Markey at (714) 704-7905.
