<br />A~ ;;;.001- d-.D7-01 <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on September <br />20,2005, by and between Families Together of Orange County ("Consultant") and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2004-202, dated October 4, 2004, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided instruction in <br />computer technology for residents living in the Weed & Seed area. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional nine-month period. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date from September <br />30, 2005 through June 30, 2006. <br /> <br />2.
