<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Multimedia System Consultant Scope of Work <br /> <br />Consultant shall conduct one site visit at each EOC location to assess the unique multimedia <br />needs of each site. Consultant shall provide detailed drawings of the proposed multimedia <br />system for each site. The Consultant will prepare a detailed equipment list for each EOC <br />location. Consultant shall attend the construction pre-bid meeting to provide bidders with <br />information on proposed multimedia equipment. Consultant will assist City personnel in <br />monitoring the construction process to ensure proper installation of multimedia equipment by <br />conducting two site visits per location during the construction period. Consultant shall assist <br />City personnel in conducting a final inspection of the multimedia systems at each site to ensure <br />the equipment has been properly installed and functions correctly. <br /> <br />7 <br />
