BOND ISSUANCE - SYCAMORE RETIREMENT APARTMENTS, LTD. - 200 S. <br /> SYCAMORE <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Register on September 4, 1987. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding a request filed by Sycamore <br />Retirement Apartments, Ltd. for authorization from the Housing Authority <br />to participate in a multi-family mortgage revenue bond issue for a 58-unit <br />rental apartment project located at 200 S.
