The Parties entered into that ecrtain agreement entitled "Annual Service Agreement Per Program License & Service <br />Agreemcnt #98063" with effective date for third party software as June 25, 1998, hereinafter referred to as "said <br />Agreement", for the provision of annual service for various computer software; <br /> <br />B. TIle Parties hereto now desire to amend the "EFFECTIVE DATE FOR APPLICATION SOFTWARE MODULES" to <br />April I, 2000 of said Agreement. <br /> <br />C.
