In addition, AQMD requires routine annual inspections and <br />repairs of the underground tanks. In November 2004, the City of Santa Ana <br />entered into an agreement with the Pacific Systems Electric for a one year <br />period with an option for an additional two one year extensions. The <br />agreement provides for the inspection and preventive maintenance of <br />underground storage fuel tanks at the Police Facility, Corporation Yard, <br />and at Fire Stations one, four and five. <br />Inspections resulting from <br />recovery of the underground <br />repairs are needed. The <br />underground tanks remain in <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />mandatory secondary testing and enhanced vapor <br />fuel storage tanks determined that additional <br />recommended action will ensure that the <br />compliance. <br />Funds are available in the Police Building and Facilities Other <br />Contractual Services account (11-350-6291), Fire Department Building and <br />Facilities Other Contractual Services (11-327-6291) and Building <br />Maintenance Building and Other Contractual Services (73-105-6291). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />f ~(~.Francisco Gutierrez <br />~Vh Executive Director <br />Finance & Mgmt.
