The City entered into, SPEC # 2001-057, dated October 1,2001, with Consultant by <br />which Consultant has provided security guard services at the Santa Ana <br />Transportation Depot, Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park and Corporate Yard <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement"). <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and to increase the <br />compensation to provide services during the extended term. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement and all Amendments thereof, except <br />those amended in this Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by <br />$278,000.00 to provide services for the Depot at Santa Ana, the Corporate Yard and <br />the Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, during the period from December 1, 2004 <br />through November 30,2005. <br /> <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term for an additional one-year <br />period, through November 30, 2005. <br /> <br />3.
