Borchard <br /> <br />Dear Lisa: <br /> <br />As requested I am providing suggested language for the right of entry that will cover any <br />work to be accomplished prior to the land transferring to Habitat for Humanity. <br /> <br />Work items to include: <br />· Grading of the site preparatory to the excavation of building footings. <br />· Excavation of building footings <br />· Installation of underground utility lines including but not limited to Electrical, <br />Plumbing, TV cable, Telephone, Water, Gas, and Sewer. <br />· Installation of Landscaping and Irrigation Systems. <br />· Installation of six foot wood fences as depicted on the plans for plan check check <br />#10136738. <br />. The complete construction of a 1249 sq. ft. single family home with a 2 car <br />detached garage as depicted in the plans for plan check # 10136738. <br />.
