<br />~ <br /> <br />N-2002-161 <br /> <br />RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> <br />'tV <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation in the State of California <br />("Owner(s) of Property"), does hereby grant Habitat for Hnmanity. a non-profit corporation in <br />the State of California, its agent or representatives, the right to enter the property located at 1416 <br />S. Bristol Street, (the "Property") in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange. <br /> <br />For the purpose of: Temporary construction easement - Over the entire property for the <br />purpose of parking and the staging of materials and equipment. <br /> <br />Habitat for Humanity agrees to indemnity and hold harmless from any liability the City of <br />Santa Ana (Owners(s) of Property) arising out of the Habitat for Humanity's exercise of this <br />Right-of-Entry. Habitat for Humanity further agrees to repair any damage to said property <br />caused by the exercise of this Right of Entry at its sole cost and expense and to restore said <br />property as nearly as practicable to the state in which it existed prior to the use of the property by <br />Habitat for Humanity. <br /> <br />The right herein granted to Habitat for Humanity and its agents or representatives, is personal, <br />and Habitat for Humanity agrees not to assign, transfer, lease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of <br />its Right of Entry without the prior expressed written approval of the Owners.
