" t <br />Steve Worrall <br /> <br />;",- <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ;?~ day of <br /> <br />;;J.-,.;).f-OD <br />( /,/</4- <br />: jCl~ <br /> <br />February, 2000 by and between the City of Santa Ana, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California ("CITY") and HARPER & <br /> <br />ASSOCIATES ENGINEERING, a California Corporation, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "Consultant". <br /> <br />W-I-T-N-E-S-S-E-T-H <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. CITY desires to contract for civil engineering <br /> <br />services to inspect and evaluate existing conditions <br /> <br />and prepare Specifications for coating and sealant <br /> <br />repair of Howard Crooke Reservoir. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective <br /> <br />promises, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT agrees to fulfill all the requirements set <br /> <br />forth in Consultant's Proposal attached hereto as "Exhibit A" <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. All work shall be <br /> <br />performed under the direction of CITY's Executive Director of <br /> <br />the Public Works Agency or his designated representative. <br />
