Inc. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />LOCAL AFFILIATE SERVICES <br /> <br />Jobs for California Graduates provides start-up and on-going technical assistance to locai affiiiates to ensure <br />the successful implementation and operation of a JAG-accredited program. The basic package of technical <br />assistance includes, but is not limited to, the following services. <br /> <br />PrOQram Start-UD <br /> <br />. Assistance in preparing rollout plan for implementing a JAG accredited program. <br /> <br />. On-site assistance in presenting the program to governmental, educational, community-based <br />organizations, foundations, potential funding sources and private sector empioyers and groups. <br /> <br />. Guidance in establishing regional and locai advisory councils and a non-profit organization. <br /> <br />. Assistance in preparing operating budget. <br /> <br />. Assistance in identifying potential funding sources to support a local affiliate. <br /> <br />. Promotion of the JCG Network with potential local and state funding sources <br /> <br />. Guidance in the selection of staff members, including: <br />a. Management team (executive director, supervisors and program managers) <br />b. Administrative staff <br />c. Specialists <br /> <br />. Implementation of JAG's Data Management System to support tracking and reporting of program services <br />and outcomes. ' <br /> <br />. Assistance in the development of key program planning documents: <br />a. Management Plan <br />b. Staff Development Plan <br />c. Employer Marketing and Job Development Plan <br />d. Annual Pian <br /> <br />. Assistance in launching and overseeing a successful Career Association (JAG's student-led <br />organization). <br /> <br />Associated costs: $500 (est.) <br /> <br />On-Goina Technical Assistance <br /> <br />. Telephone/email consultation on implementation and funding issues. <br /> <br />. On-site program reviews to ensure that local programs and the statewide organization comply with the <br />standards as set forth in the JAG Model and Program Applications. <br /> <br />
