Installing a system such as this can be a large undertaking. It is always a wise decision <br />to have a third party oversee the contractor to protect the best interest of the Santa Ana Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />As part of the consulting contract we will: <br /> <br />1. Be available to answer any questions that you may have concerning the system, <br />installation or sign off process. <br />2. Review the bid submittal to ensure all requirements of the system are being met. <br />3. Attend all Project and Design Meetings with your contractor. <br />4. Review the contractor's installation schedule. <br />5. Inspect the installation site during the installation process to verify installation integrity. <br />6. Verify any changes or additions to the system that may be required. <br />7. Attend any "sign off for payment" sessions to ensure system/sub-system completion. <br />8. Attend system-training session and review your system manuals, drawings and warranty <br />cards. <br />9. Attend final system sign off session for approval of final payment. <br />10. Be available following system sign off for any questions or issues with service or <br />warranty. <br /> <br />Consulting Services Price: <br /> <br />$ 3,750.
