<br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City hereby retains and employs the Consultant upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set <br />forth and as set forth in the Agreement, and the CONSULTANT hereby accepts said retention and agrees to <br />perform the services hereinafter mentioned as an independent contractor upon said terms and conditions: <br /> <br />I. The CONSULTANT shall commence providing services under this agreement on <br />October 16, October 23, and October 30, 2002 and will diligently perform as required <br />and complete performance by October 30, 2002. <br /> <br />2. Under the direction of Corine Doughty, Director of the Workplace Learning Resource <br />Center, the CONSULTANT is to provide the following services: <br /> <br />Four hour Customer Service Workshop featuring some or all ofthe outline below: <br />1. What is a Customer? <br />II. What is Good Customer Service? <br />Ill. Video: "Remember Me?" <br />IV. The RATER Factor <br />VI. Video: "I'll Be Back" <br />VII. Customer Expectations <br />Vlll. Why Have You Stopped Doing Business witb an Organization <br />IX. Customers Leave When.... <br />X. The Value of Long -Term Customer <br />XI. Handling Customer Complaints <br />XII. Customer Service Action Plan <br /> <br />Investment: <br />Trainer <br />Materials/Supplies <br />Project Director <br /> <br />3. The CITY shall pay the CONSULTANT a fee not to exceed $2,250.00, for services <br />rendered pursuant to this Agreement. Cost shall be $750.00 per session. Payment shall <br />be made upon submission of an invoice in a form acceptable to the CITY. <br /> <br />4. The CONSULTANT shall assume all expenses incurred by him/her in connection with the <br />performance of this Agreement, and the CITY shall not be responsible for payment of any expenses <br />incurred in connection with the services, other than the fee which is specified above. <br />
