<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Consultant Al!reement made bv and between Jennifer Nunes "Consultant" and the City of <br />Santa Ana. Parks. Recreation and Community Services Al!encv. Arts and Culture Division <br /> <br />Scope of Services: <br /> <br />"Consultant" will serve as a dance Instructor for Empowerment Zone children's dance <br />classes in Santa Ana schools. "Consultant" will direct dance instruction. "Consultant" will <br />prepared in advance for dance classes and will have a strong knowledge of the dance curriculum <br />prior to each class. In addition, "Consultant" will prepare a lesson plan for each class, choose <br />dance techniques in coordination with the Arts Administrator and teach the dance so as to <br />achieve a highly competent performance by the student. A wide array of dance is to be taught. <br />Performances are to occur quarterly before an audience of students, parents and community. <br /> <br />"Consultant" will provide 2 hours of art education during each class. <br /> <br />Compensation: <br /> <br />$30 per hour. Reimbursement for purchase of music, supplies and <br />instructional materials will be allowed and are not to exceed $2,000. Total <br />Compensation and reimbursement shall not exceed $10,000. <br /> <br />8 <br />
