The City desires to retain a Contractor having special skill and knowledge in the field of <br />food/catering/special event service, <br /> <br />B. Contractor represents that Contractor is able and willing to provide such services to the <br />City, <br /> <br />C. In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, Contractor represents that it is <br />knowledgeable in its field and that any services performed by Contractor under this <br />Agreement will be performed in compliance with such standards as may reasonably be <br />expected from a professional in the field, <br /> <br />D, Contractor shall provide services (catering, rental equipment, servers, security and <br />facility) for the Sights and Sounds of Santa Ana event to take place at the Santa Ana <br />Performing Arts and Events Center on Friday September 28,2001 ("event") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide the following: <br /> <br />· Use of the Santa Ana Performing Arts and Events Center on Friday September 28, <br />2001. <br /> <br />· Passed and displayed hors d' oeuvres at the time and location as specified in <br />Exhibit A for 300 people, <br /> <br />· Rental equipment as specified in Exhibit A, <br /> <br />· Entrance to the Santa Ana Performing Arts and Events Center by noon on Friday <br />September 28,2001 and 9:00 am on Saturday September 29,2001. <br /> <br />· Ten staff for the event on Friday September 28,2001. <br /> <br />· Security for the event acceptable to the City, <br /> <br />1 <br />
