<br />.'. <br /> <br />. : <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Consultant will provide piano instruction for children in the Santa Ana schools <br />Empowerment Zone program. Consultant will teach an introduction to piano course in <br />which traditional piano terminology and technique will be utilized. Sequential instruction <br />will be maintained to achieve the optimum learning experience. <br /> <br />B. Classes will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. one day per week from November 27,2000 <br />through June 30,2001. Consultant and the individual school will agree which weekday <br />to provide the instruction. <br /> <br />C. Consultant shall be compensated $30.00 per hour for piano instruction. Consultant may <br />receive reimbursement for purchase of supplies and materials necessary for instruction. <br />Such reimbursement shall not exceed $2000.00 during the term of this Agreement. The <br />total amount to be expended pursuant to this Agreement shall not exceed $10,000.00. <br /> <br />11 <br />
