This E"1ended Technical Support Certificate ("Certificate") sets out the terms of the SIGMA IV E"1ended Technical <br />Support Program (the "ETS Program"). Your right to participate in the ETS Program is subject to your payment of <br />$2715.30 ($2520.00+Sales Tax of$195.30) to Sigma Data Systems, Inc. The fee is based on the number of modules, <br />options, and users licensed to your agency. <br /> <br />2. Participation in the ETS Program entitles you to receive: <br /> <br />a. Upgrades to the SIGMA IV Software for which you are licensed. Upgrades to the SIGMA IV Software are <br />designated by a change in the number to the right of the decimal point of the release identification; e.g. Version 4.8 <br />is the 8th upgrade to SIGMA IV <br />b. Sigma KIOSK program (Upon request). <br />C. Sigma JOB ANALYSIS PROGRAM and WRIP AC Manual (Upon request). <br />d. Unlimited toll free telephone support Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST, on all SIGMA IV <br />related matters. <br />e. SIGMA IV on-line documentation in Windows@ 3,X or Windows@ 95 format. <br />f. Fax back technical support documents. <br />g. Significant discounts on additional modules, options, and licensed users. <br />h. Subscription to the Sigma Register newsletter. <br />i. Discounts on training seminars. <br />j. Significant discounts on SIGMA V, currently under development. <br /> <br />3. The one I (one) year period during which you may participate in the ETS Program begins on the renewal date show on <br />this Certificate pursuant to receipt of payment. <br /> <br />4. Please designate a primary and an alternate SIGMA IV administrator on the Information Update Form. <br /> <br />5.
