SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Timely and successful completion of the work described is predicated on the timely and efficient <br />provision of Customer's resources, material, and information. It is understood that: <br /> <br />1. The Customer's failure to provide reasonable services, information, and access, requested by the <br />Contractor, within a mutually agreed upon schedule may cause delay in review, and may force <br />the Contractor to renegotiate the contract to alter the deliverables schedule, or the costs <br />associated with affected deliverables. <br /> <br />2.
