<br />Task 4: Prepare Specific Plan Weeks 921: Feb zr May 15
<br />Purpose: To transform the desired outcomes, goals, policies, strategies, frameworks
<br />and plans identified in the Charrette into the appropriate narrative, standards, meas-
<br />ures and programs to comprise the Specific Plan. This task focuses on the prepara-
<br />tion of 3 progressively prepared versions of the these documents that is based on
<br />preparation, review and selection of a preferred alternative.
<br />During the Charrette, the consultant team will introduce the Specific Plan document
<br />format and preliminary table of contents to City staff for early review and direction
<br />with which to prepare the 65% Administrative Draft. At the Administrative Draft
<br />stage, the consultant will meet up to twice with the City to introduce and review the
<br />documents and answer questions about content and use of the documents. At the
<br />Draft stage, the consultant will meet up to three times to present the documents to
<br />the staff, City Council and Planning Commission in joint sessions for review and
<br />comment. While the actual content and organization of the Specific Plan is subject
<br />to discussion with the city, at this time, the document is proposed to be organized
<br />generally as follows:
