SANTA ANA RENAISSANCE SPECIFIC PLAN PROPOSAL <br />WORK PLAN - TASKS <br />Task 7: Adoption Hearings Schedule: To be determined with the City <br />Purpose: To provide the appropriate support to city staff throughout the hearings for <br />the Specific Plan <br />This task focuses on taking the Draft Specific Plan through the process of formal <br />public hearings for the Planning Commission's and City Council's review, considera- <br />tion and action. As it relates to the Specific Plan, the consultant will attend up to 3 <br />public hearings and present the Plan to the public and decision -makers. This propos- <br />al provides information on additional meetings as required. This task concludes with <br />the Final Specific Plan being adopted by the City Council and the Specific Plan taking <br />effect over the subject properties to begin implementation immediately. <br />Task 7 Deliverables: <br />Consultant Team's attendance and participation in public hearing for Draft and Final <br />Specific Plan. <br />Schedule/Meetings: <br />We acknowledge the following groups identified and number of meetings identified <br />in the RFP.
