<br />.1 NSURANCE NOT REQlIIRED[WJ.WED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATEl If -2 3-0z.. <br /> <br />N-2002-027 <br /> <br />SECOND AMENDMENT <br />TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />oJ.... <br /> <br />~; .;:"/~E:: <br />fl~' <br /> <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on this <br />1--?- '.lAC day of February, 2002, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation ("City"), and Fire and Emergency Television Network <br />("FETN"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # N-97-058, (hereinafter "said Agreement") <br />dated June 9, 1997, under which FEIN has provided live and delayed <br />instructional programs to the Santa Ana Fire Department. <br />B. The parties entered a First Amendment to said Agreement, dated December 8, <br />2000, which extends said Agreement for an additional one year term. <br />C. The parties wish to extend the Agreement for an additional one year term and to <br />increase the compensation to reflect the services provided during the extended <br />term. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of, and subject to all the terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Consultant shall provide those services as set forth in Exhibit A to this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement. <br /> <br />2. City agrees to pay and FETN agrees to accept as total payment for its services, the <br />rates and charges identified in Exhibit A. The total sum to be expended under this <br />Agreement shall not exceed $7056.00 during the extended term of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />3. The term of Agreement shall be extended for an additional one year term, from <br />July 1, 2001 until June 30, 2002. The parties acknowledge that services have <br />been provided from July 1, 2001 until the effective date of this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement.
