THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on this <br />. day of December, 2000, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation ("City"), and Fire and Emergency Television Network <br />("FErn"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # N-97-058, ("Agreement") dated June 9, <br />1997, under which FETN has provided live and delayed instructional programs to <br />the Santa Ana Fire Department. <br />B. The parties wish to renew the Agreement for an additional one year term. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of, and subject to all the terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. The term of Agreement shall be extended for an additional one year term, from <br />July 1,2000 until June 30, 2001. The Agreement may be extended for an <br />additional one year term on the written agreement of the Santa Ana Fire Chief and <br />FETN. <br /> <br />SIGNATURES ON NEXT PAGE <br />
