How long have you been providing bill review services? <br /> <br />Lien on Me. Inc. has been providing bill review since 1991 when <br />the company was founded to provide lien defense services. In <br />1995. we automated our bill review process and began providing <br />it as an independent service from our lien defense in 1995. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Does your <br />systems? <br /> <br />software interface with Valley Oak or any other <br />If not. are you committed to doing so in the future? <br /> <br />LOM leases its software from HNC Insurance Solutions (formerly <br />CompReview. Inc). This software is the most widely utilized <br />automated bill review software in California - over 50% of all bills <br />reviewed in the state. Consequently. it has been interfaced with <br />most California workers' compensation claims systems. The Valley <br />Oak system was interfaced approximately one year ago. <br /> <br />3, <br /> <br />Do you have PPO access? <br />networks. <br /> <br />If so, please name your PPO <br /> <br />LOM currently has access to the following PPO networks: CCN. <br />CompPartners. Focus. Interplan. Pacific Foundation. Networks <br />continue to be added. In addition to these. should the City of <br />Santa Ana negotiate contracts directly with providers. LOM has the <br />ability to incorporate those rates into our system and apply the <br />reductions at no cost to the City. <br /> <br />4. Do you own or have financial interest in any or all of the PPO <br />networks? <br /> <br />No. LOM will never own or have an interest in ancillary <br />services. We firmly believe that the interests of our client <br />employers are best met when vendor services are unbundled. <br />This gives you peace of mind that your vendor can not self-refer <br />costly other services.
