<br />........ <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />. Yearly treatment of the water systems to clear mud/dirt accumulation <br />. Removal of any unused containers <br />. Clean the condenser, at no additional cost to the CITY, if the water treatment <br />is ineffective during the period of this Agreement. <br />. Supply a loaner controller and chemical feed pump for 30 days, while the <br />CITY chemical pump is being repaired. <br />. Clean the CITY cooling towers twice a year and remove debris from the <br />CITY property. <br /> <br />4. COMPENSATION. <br /> <br />CITY agrees to pay, and CONTRACTOR agrees to accept for said services, the <br />following rates: <br /> <br />Services listed in Section 3. above "SCOPE OF SERVICES" shall be <br />compensated at a rate of $665/month. <br /> <br />The total amount pay'able hereunder shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars <br />($10,000) for all hours worked, travel and materials. Payment by the CITY shall <br />be within thirty (30) days following receipt of proper invoice for work performed, <br />subject to CITY accounting procedures. <br /> <br />5. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. <br /> <br />A. CONTRACTOR covenants that it presently has no interest, and shall not <br />have any interest, direct or indirect which would conflict in any manner <br />with the performance of services required hereunder. <br /> <br />B. CONTRACTOR will not discriminate against any employee, or applicant <br />for employment, because of race, color, religion, .sex, marital status, or <br />national origin. CONTRACTOR will take affirmative action to ensure that <br />applicants are employed, and employees are treated during employment, <br />without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, marital status, or national <br />origin. Such action shall include, but not limited to the following: <br />employment, upgrading, demotion and transfer, recruitment, or <br />recruitment advertising, layoff or termination, rates of payor other forms <br />of compensation, and selection for training, including apprenticeship. <br /> <br />C. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon (30) days written <br />notice of termination. <br /> <br />6. INSURANCE. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall obtain and maintain for the entire term of this Agreement <br />comprehensive general public liability insurance, subject to approval of the City Attorney <br />for CITY.
