Y <br />hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", dated q IJ7 ,1999, for Contractor rl <br />to provide water treatment, inspections, testing and analysis for the Santa Ana Police <br />Department Facility. <br /> <br />'-' AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT "WI <br /> <br />N-2000-1 41 <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />B. The pa.rties now desire to amend the terrn and the "Scope of Services" included in said <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all the terrns and conditions of said Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />/ <br />, <br /> <br />I. The term of said Agreement, which is contained in Section I., shall be amended, to exercise <br />one of the two one-year options for renewal for continued service at the same price and <br />compensation, therefore, the new date ofterrnination shall be September 30, 200 I; and <br /> <br />2. The "Scope of Services" (Section 3. of said Agreement) shall be amended, to include services <br />provided at other City locations, including The Depot, on an as-needed basis. <br /> <br />3.
