Said Agreement was amended on August 30, 2000 to extend the <br />term and expand the scope of services to cover The Depot as well. Said Agreement was <br />amended again on November 2, 2001, exercising the second one-year option for renewal. <br /> <br />B. <br />():fjlt-.L- <br />&Ii 1<1.<"'11"\<<1*' <br />(~",dtI) <br /> <br />The parties now desire to amend the term included in said Agreement in order to provide <br />continuous service under said Agreement as all other terms remain the same. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 1, of said Agreement, pertaining to Time of Completion of said Agreement is hereby <br />amended to change the termination date of September 30, 2002, to September 302003, in order <br />to provide necessary continuous uninterrupted service to the City. <br /> <br />2.
