45. MEDIA RELATIONS: <br />The CONTRACTOR shall notify the CITY by facsimile of all requests for news media <br />interviews related to the CITY'S Solid Waste collection program within twenty-four (24) hours. Before <br />responding to any inquiries involving controversial issues, CONTRACTOR will discuss the proposed <br />response with the CITY. Copies of draft news releases or proposed trade journal articles shall be <br />submitted to CITY for prior review and approval at least two (2) working days in advance of release. <br />Copies of articles resulting from media interviews or news releases shall be provided to the CITY <br />within five (5) days after publication. <br />46.
